This brewery has a variety of brews from Pilsners, IPAS, and Wild Ales. The one brew that strongly got my attention is their amazing stout. Shellmaker is brewed with fresh oysters! Don’t worry, it doesn’t taste fishy at all! It is also emphasized with strong roasted grains and cocoa.
