Here are some products that I recommend and that I use for my breakfast, baking recipes and desserts.

    "Flaxseed it's great and very nutricional and can be added into a smoothie, breakfast, cereals, oatmeal, baking recipes, yogurts, etc... Also great to replace eggs when you want to do a vegan baking recipes. Mixing flaxseed with water and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes and use that as an egg. "
