Himeji Castle 🌸

Himeji Castle is one of the few original castles in Japan (most were destroyed at some point and rebuilt). It’s well worth a visit, especially in cherry blossom season.  You can easily visit in half a day from Osaka, Kyoto, Okayama (as we did) or on the way to Hiroshima.  🌸
