Nose: Dark charred tropical fruit, hot chocolate, malty caramel,anise, sweet oak with dark berries. Palate: Toasted sweet aromatic oak, chocolate and cherries, fragrant spices, stewed plums, anise. Finish: Red & black berries, chocolate, mocha, toasted vanilla, red wine tannins. A black forest gateaux of a malt, lighter than the solist and cask strength range but if you like your Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban or Balvenie port wood then you should try this.Comments
