Catacumbas de París

As catacumbas de Paris foram construídas em 1786, na época existiam diversas epidemias de doenças que se espalhavam cada vez mais, então criaram as catacumbas, lá eram guardados os corpos de pessoas que faleceram devido a essas doenças, hoje existem mais de 300km cavados nas catacumbas de Paris!

An amazing visit if you are into creepy stuff, I really enjoyed this walk. The place is cool, so bring something like a light jacket or a jumper.

If you’re into scary tourism this is the place for you. It holds the remains of more than six million people. I really recommend getting there as early as possible (I spent 3 hours in line) but the wait is worth it. If you’re claustrophobic maybe this isn’t a place for you.
