After walking a lot of miles in Machu Picchu this was the best ending. Fresh Salmon Tartare inside filo pastry rolls and a risotto of "aji amarilho" and sauteed Chicken breast. Normally in Peru there are always a courtesy drink, in this case was the famous Pisco souer. And the view? Outstanding 🤤
