People who live in Madrid say that this is one of the best restaurants that make a really good “paella”. We tried it and yes it is! We ordered a paella with only fish, but if you have never eaten ones ask for “paella de la reina” it’s the best one! “Queso curado” and “tarta de queso” are delicious!
