Tried to make mochi ice cream today, it didn’t work out that well because of my ability and my choice of ice cream xD The ice cream is a type that melts pretty fast and the mochi “crust” was a lit too thick and it doesn’t soft out fast enough so the ice cream doesn’t melt first. 😣 #nextwillbebetter
