"Nice Island with the golden budha temple. Be aware that most of the beach front near the airport is private and belongs to hotels/resorts... Very touristy unless you go out of the beaten path and explore some of its parks/beaches. Very LGBTQ friendly (as the whole country)"

"Tiny piece of land with dead gorgeous cliffs surrounding it (like Avatar). It has 2/3 streets. Not much to do and food is extremely overpriced compared to all Thailand. The beach is nothing special. Don’t stay more than 2 nights. Pretty hard to get to / g"

"Lovely peninsula in southern Thailand. Quite developed but still has its charm if you want to experience the local life. DON’T MISS OUT ON FREEDOM BEACH!! Difficult access but worth every minute of trekking the Thai jungle."
