We Were Liars

The book is a very well-written thriller, with an impressive end. It's narrated by Cadence Sinclair Eastman, heir to a traditional and once rich American family who spends every summer on a private island called Beachwood. The less you know before you go in, the better, I promise.

It’s a good book for times when you want to feel intrigued all the time, but it gets confusing sometimes. Overall I liked it but I expected a little more depth in some characters.
