It’s a grunge building with graffitis people go there to see the Lisbon views (in my opinion r better in other places) but is a good place to take pics with a diff type of building
360° viewpoint in Monsanto where you can see almost the whole city of Lisbon. It used to be a restaurant in the past but got abandoned and fell to ruins. For many years people were not aloud to visit it, but it finally opened to public in 2018.
