    Definitely the best meal I had during my journey through Peru. From the Ceviche as a starter. As for the classic main dishes, "Lombo Saltado" and Quinoa Risotto. And the desserts? Well in sight, Maka cake with Avocado reduction and beet leaf and traces of chocolate 🤤🇵🇪
