Cidade de grande importância para a arte clássica. No ano 79 o vulcão Vesúvio entrou em erupção e a cidade ficou coberta pelas lavas. A cidade ficou preservada, e de extrema importância, as pinturas. Os únicos exemplares da História da pintura romana estão em Pompeia.
Lugar incrível para se visitar! São as ruínas da cidade que sofreu com a erupção do vulcão Vesúvio. Recomendo demais!!! PS: se for visitar em pleno verão, prepare-se para o calorão (eu quase derreti kkkk)
Volte 2 mil anos em uma só visita.
