Sinopsis
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with bright green hues. Intense and complex. Fruity. Notes of tropical fruit, passion fruit and citrus. Aromas of fennel, and a bottom scrub anise, balsamic. Especially elegant, cool. The palate is equally fruity and fresh, with volume and persistence. Unctuous, sweet and a touch of bitterness elegant finish, typical of the Verdejo variety. Pairing: Suitable for appetizers or to accompany fish dishes, seafood, pasta, rice and white meat. Also for all types of soft cheeses and smoked ham.
