"Cap d'Ail is located between Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Monaco, and it has been a choice of residence for some celebrities over the years, and certainly a beautiful hidden gem in the French Riviera. This place has a beautiful port right by the border with Monaco, stunning beaches and a coastal path"
"Close to both of the locations mentioned above (Villefranche-sur-Mer and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat), Beaulieu is a very small village that you probably didn't even know it exists in the French Riviera. It is a great hidden gem, often overlooked, that offers beautiful views to the hills, a small harbour"
"Not far from Villefrance-sur-Mer you can find Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, another beach paradise. Through the whole time we had in Nice, we spent our beach time in one of these two towns as they offer so much better conditions! I personally prefer the beach in Cap Ferrat as it has better views"
"This is an island can be reach by boat in 10min from the coast (Hyères), and it's a perfect escape for a beach day. It's blue turquoise waters are perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving, as well as sailing.
If you enjoy hiking, there will be plenty of opportunities to do it."
"Not far from Grasse (only half an hour drive), you can visit the perfect hidden gem of Gorges du Loup, a great spot for nature lovers."
"Senanque Abbey, a scenic monastery on a lavender field. If you decide to visit this site, make sure to read all of the information on their website since there are rules to visiting and a fee to be paid."
"Sainte-Marguerite, the largest island, contains the popular Fort Royal, a former prision (now a museum) where you can visit the cell of the mysterious "Man in the Iron Mask". If you love nature, then you might consider do some bird watching.
The smallest island has a large community of monks"
"not far from Grasse. If you love to explore quiet villages and great viewpoints, than this will be a great addition to your trip. Due to the fact that it stands quite high on a hill, great views are guaranteed."

"Sainte-Agnès is the highest coastal village in Europe, located in the mountains above Menton. Sainte-Agnès offers beautiful views to the Mediterranean coast due to it's high location, but it is also a great place to explore: narrow cobbled streets, local shops as well as ruins of a fort and a castle"
"Grasse is a town on a hill, not too far from Cannes, and it's mostly famous for it's perfume production and lavender fields. From Grasse, you can drive along the lavender fields "
"St. Paul de Vence is one of the oldest medieval towns in the French Riviera, and it sits beautifully on a hill. This small town is mostly popular for it's art museums and galleries, but it's also a great place to stroll along the small streets and shop some local goods."
" La Turbie is a small town, popular for it's gigantic Trophee d'Auguste (35m high), narrow picturesque cobbled streets and the Tête de Chien viewpoint, from where you have breathtaking views to Monaco and other towns on the Mediterranean coast."
"Èze is a hill-top medieval village overlooking the Mediterranean Coast and surrounding towns, and is popular for it's narrow cobblestone streets (full of colourful flowers), stunning views, and perfumes. The village is fairly small, and the highlights of this place are certainly the Exotic Gardens"
"Are we back to Italy? Port Grimaud is a colourful village right next to Saint-Tropez, that can be associated to Venice for obvious reasons. This is a perfect place for a relaxing afternoon or even a whole day, while you enjoy a walk along the canals, go on a boat tour, shop local clothing..."
"With a beautiful harbour and a charming old town, this small town does not have a lot to do, but it attracts many tourists due to it's popularity. Things to see include not only walking and getting lost in it's narrow streets, but also visiting the Citadel and enjoying a nice afternoon at the beach"
"charming old centre full of narrow streets and a prominent fort (Fort Carré), overlooking the busy Port Vauban, as well as it's nice beaches. Antibes also has lots of art and culture, so if you're into museums, the Picasso, Peynet and Archeological museums might be of your interest"
"Cannes is mostly known for it's Film Festival happening every May, so a visit to the Palais des Festivals and it's red carpet is mandatory. But there is more to Cannes than just celebrities and awards: enjoy a wall along the beautiful Croisette promenade and the old town (Le Suquet),..."
