Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Peoople, a service operated by Rock Internet SL ("Peoople", "we"). By creating an account or using Peoople you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance and minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Peoople. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you accept these Terms.

2. Your account

You register with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. There must be one person per account. You can delete your account and data at any time (see Delete account).

3. User content

You are responsible for the content you post (recommendations, collections, comments, photos, videos and messages). You keep ownership of your content and, by posting it, grant Peoople a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the service in order to operate and promote it. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to what you post.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not post illegal, offensive, misleading or infringing content, and do not engage in spam, impersonation, harassment, scraping or unauthorized automated use of the service. Peoople provides tools to block and report users or content, and may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these rules.

5. Recommendations, monetization and affiliates

Some recommendations may include affiliate links or promotions for which Peoople and/or the creator may earn a commission. Wallet, payment and withdrawal conditions are governed by the rules shown in the app at any given time. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from income you earn.

6. Intellectual property

Peoople, its brand, logos, software, design and other elements of the service are owned by Rock Internet SL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them without prior authorization.

7. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Peoople is not liable for content posted by users or for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
